We run a small family fleet from Sea Breeze Seaside Bar & Restaurant on Rruga Riviera: a handful of open boats, all easy to drive without a licence under Albanian rules. Tell us the day and how many of you, and we bring the one that fits. The boats live in the water May through October; in winter they come out for service.
